Upgrade Your Plan

You can upgrade your plan at any time to unlock higher usage limits and more features. Upgrading allows you to:

• Increase the number of queries: Get more monthly queries to support higher chatbot usage and more interactions.
• Create more chatbots: Raise the limit on how many chatbots you can build and manage within your account.
• Add more documents: Expand your document storage to support larger knowledge bases and more comprehensive chatbot responses.

We’ve also introduced several powerful new features aimed at making QuerySafe more flexible and globally accessible:

• Multi-language support (in progress): While currently optimized for English, support for other languages is under development to allow multilingual chatbot conversations.
• Session Memory Introduction: Your chatbot now retains context across conversation threads, resulting in more natural and continuous dialogue flow.
• Upcoming support for document version tracking and role-based access control.

Activation Code

When you start any plan, you will receive an activation code directly from the QuerySafe contact team. Please reach out to our team if you have not received your code or need assistance with activation.

To activate your upgraded plan, you will need an activation code. This code is provided after you complete the upgrade process. Enter the code in the designated field on your dashboard to unlock the Chatbots creation.
